Have items from this list? Great! Follow these easy steps:

Step 1:

Place your items in one tote or laundry basket no larger than 18 gallons. All items should be freshly laundered, in excellent condition, and laid flat to help us process them efficiently.

We kindly ask that you bring only one container per seller per appointment, and that you do not book multiple appointments or bring multiple containers on the same day.

If you’re scheduling multiple drop-offs, please leave at least 4 days between appointments to allow us time to finish processing your first bin before you bring the next.

Larger containers can be difficult and unsafe for our team to lift and move, so we’re unable to accept anything over the 18-gallon limit.

Step 2:

Book Clothing Drop Off

If there are no available dates left on the calendar it means we are fully booked for this round (7/8/25 to 7/31/25). We will update this page and post on social media and via email when more appointments are released.

Step 3:

Drop off your items at ANYTIME on the day of your appointment.
Our Buyers will process your items in the order received (usually 1-3 days). When ready we will contact you with your cash and store credit offers (store credit is 25% more).

Step 4:

To accept the CASH offer you must return within 48 hours of completion for payment. After that, your payment reverts to the store credit amount.

Step 5:

You can choose to donate the items we did not purchase or they are held for pick up for 48 hours after your buy is processed. After that time frame items not purchased & containers are donated to Community Action in Amesbury.

Tips for Sellers:

We want you to have the best experience possible. Here are some tips to help you prepare your items to sell:

Only bring clothing items we are currently buying
All clothing should be freshly laundered and free from pet hair and odor
It should be in great condition and currently in style – made within the last 3-5 years
Outfits, pajamas and sets should be together with all pieces included.
Avoid bringing items with stains, rips, fading, pilling or too much love!
Please ensure shoes/boots are clean and ready for their next adventure! This includes wiping down the outside and making sure the soles are clean and free from dirt or debris.
Neatly lay items flat in the container
Tag with size must be visible (not cut out)

What do we consider to be Fall/Winter season?

Tops: Long-sleeve shirts, turtlenecks, hoodies, fleece jackets, sweaters, layering shirts, flannel shirts, thermal tops, and base layers.

Bottoms: Jeans, corduroy pants, warm leggings, fleece pants, sweatpants, and thermal bottoms.

Dresses & Skirts: Long sleeve dresses and heavy skirts.

Outerwear: Heavy winter coats, puffer jackets, raincoats, and vests.

Snowsuits & Cold Weather Gear: Snow pants, snow suits, warm overalls, and warm outfits.

Sleepwear: Warm pajamas (long sleeves and pants) and footed pajamas.

Accessories: Beanies, winter hats, and mittens/gloves.

Footwear: Snow boots, waterproof boots, insulated boots, winter hiking boots, fur-lined boots, duck boots, slip-on winter boots (like Bogs or similar), booties for infants and toddlers (fleece- or sherpa-lined), cold-weather sneakers with thermal lining or waterproofing, and rain boots.
